Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 31, 2026
1. What we store
- Account: your email and a hashed password.
- API keys: a hash of each key plus a prefix and last-four hint so you can tell them apart. We cannot recover a lost key.
- Platform credentials: the tokens, secrets and webhook URLs you paste in, encrypted at rest. They are used only to deliver your posts and are never returned by the API, shown in the dashboard, or logged.
- Publish records: which platforms a request targeted, when, and whether each delivery succeeded — this is what your usage counter and error reporting are built from.
2. What we do not do
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, we do not use your post content to train models, and we do not read your connected accounts beyond what publishing requires. The site carries no third-party trackers or advertising pixels.
3. Analytics
The site carries no analytics product. Our servers keep ordinary access logs (timestamp, request path, status, IP) for debugging and abuse investigation, which is the only traffic data we hold.
4. Processors
Stripe handles payments (we never see your card number). Hetzner hosts the servers and database in Germany. Publishing necessarily sends your content to whichever platforms you selected — X, Reddit, Telegram or Discord — under their own privacy policies.
5. Retention & deletion
Disconnecting a platform deletes its stored credentials immediately. Publish records are kept while your account is active, because your usage counter is derived from them. Email us to delete your account and we will remove your account, credentials and publish records, except what we must keep for tax and accounting.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
