Terms of Service

1. Agreement

AgentPost ("the Service") is operated by dietsoda.dev. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What AgentPost is

AgentPost is a publishing API. You connect your own X, Reddit, Telegram and Discord accounts, and we deliver the content you send to those accounts on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for X, Reddit, Telegram or Discord. You remain the author and account owner of everything published through the Service.

3. Your accounts and credentials

You may only connect platform accounts you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for keeping those accounts in good standing and for complying with each platform's own terms, including its rules on automation, self-promotion and posting frequency. If a platform suspends or rate-limits your account, that is between you and that platform.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited posts, or engagement-farming content;
• post to accounts, subreddits, channels or servers you are not authorized to post to;
• publish illegal content, malware, harassment, or content that violates a platform's rules;
• evade a platform's bans, rate limits, or anti-automation measures;
• resell or repackage API access without written permission.

We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is doing any of the above, and we will tell you why.

5. API keys

Your API key authenticates as you. Keep it secret, keep it out of client-side code and public repositories, and revoke it immediately if it leaks. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys.

6. Billing, trial & cancellation

New accounts get a 7-day trial including 50 posts. After that the Solo plan is $29 per month for 1,000 posts, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically. Requests beyond your quota are rejected with a 402 rather than billed as overage. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and we do not refund partial periods.

7. Availability & third-party failures

Delivery depends on platform APIs we do not control. When a platform is down, changes its API, or rejects a post, we report the failure to you per platform — we cannot guarantee any individual post is published.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dietsoda.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost reach, suspended platform accounts, or missed posts), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
